HVAC Maintenance Technician

Description:  Perform routine maintenance checks and minor repairs on a wide variety of residential and commercial heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards, providing the customer with a high quality experience.

 

Sheet Metal Layout Person

Description: Seeking sheet metal layout person to plan, layout, fabricate, and assemble sheet metal parts for the HVAC duct work. Some sheet metal experience is requested, but not required. Must be eager to learn position can be full or part time.

Requirements:

  • Utilize equipment including hand tools, power tools, machines and equipment.
  • Sets up and operates fabricating machines, such as shears, brakes, presses, forming rolls and routers to cut, bend, lock and form, or straighten materials.
  • Trims, files, grinds, buffs and smooths surfaces using hand tools and portable power tools.
  • Solders, bolts, rivets, screws, clips, caulks, or bonds component parts to assemble products, using hand tools, power tools and equipment.
  • Inspects assemblies and installation for conformance to specification.

Previous experience in HVAC maintenance field and/or HVAC technical training required.

 

Comfort Specialist (Sales person)

Description: To educate consumers and existing clients about our company and our products in a manner that leaves a favorable impression thereby obtaining sales for the company that are competitive and profitable.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or its equivalent
  • Great personality
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Fast learner
  • Good Computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Previous Customer Service or Sales experience
  • Ability to work Evenings and Saturdays
  • Desire to make $100K+ per year income

Essential functions and responsibilities:

  • Keep appointments with customers as scheduled.
  • Ask customers for permission to stake a job site sign when the job is sold.
  • Inform customers of all special promotions, the benefits of high efficiency equipment and optional equipment and products.
  • Offer financing on all proposals.
  • Present a proposal at the time of the first call if possible, always present the proposal in person, never mail or fax this to the customer unless approved by management.
  • Greet and assist all walk-in customers, establish an appointment to view their home and present proposal.
  • Give sales presentations, as outlined in company selling process, use company presentation book.
  • Return to completed jobs for quality checks, ask for referrals and hang door hangers, pick up yard sign.
  • Turn in all required paperwork to the Sales Coordinator within 24 hours of the customer signing the contract. This includes a picture of the job and all necessary notes, drawings etc., to adequately communicate the job to the operations department.
  • Be available to answer questions that may arise.
  • Other duties as assigned.

The position gives you the opportunity to sell high tech products to consumers. No industry experience is necessary. Paid training, 1st year income potential $35-$65k + benefits. Evenings and Saturday availability is required.
